Bailey Kasten, CAE

Bailey Kasten serves as the Executive Director of the Virginia Recreation and Park Society. With over 21 years of experience in association management, she is deeply committed to supporting the professionals who build community through parks and recreation. Bailey holds both the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and ICE-Certified Professional in Credentialing (ICE-CPP) designations. She is passionate about workforce development and advocacy, and she is proud to help lead initiatives like the "I Play Too" movement. Beyond her professional work, Bailey enjoys life with a small family chocolate business. She resides in McLean with her husband and two children. When she is not working to advance the field, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
