Shauna Manovich

I am a dynamic problem solver dedicated to helping my community reach its full potential. I believe that effective learning flourishes in a well-rounded environment that includes life skill development, hands-on programs and activities, and firsthand experience of the community's culture. My passion lies in assisting staff to become high-achieving professionals by fostering a positive workplace culture and providing engaging training. In my current role, I manage policy review, implement strategic plan initiatives, and oversee the CAPRA Accreditation for the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services.
