Join the VRPS South Western Service Area for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to connect parks and recreation professionals from across Southwest Virginia while exploring practical approaches to park maintenance, athletic field and turfgrass management, and youth athletics.

Participants will tour the host facility, examine the complex’s maintenance practices and athletic amenities, and engage in focused roundtable discussions with colleagues. These conversations will provide opportunities to exchange ideas, share successes and challenges, discuss emerging needs, and learn practical strategies that can be adapted within participants’ own departments and communities.
