2026 Welcome Socials Sponsorship

Become our official Welcome Socials sponsor for $5,000. Support this essential part of the conference experience while receiving a standard booth and  attendee mailing list access. You will be recognized on our website, in the app, and during our Directors Forum in remarks by the Executive Director. This year, attendees will follow our Choose Your Adventure theme by making a fun choice for their first night in Richmond!

On one hand, they can go to King's Dominion! As the event sponsor, you can have a table and "welcome" opportunity for our event guest at King's Dominion at our official party spot onsite. After initial fun, feel free to stay and mingle or join attendees at the evening's festivities. 

And/Or: 

Attendees may choose a quieter adventure in downtown Richmond. While plans are TBD, a local bar or lounge location is likely for members to relax, unwind, and catch up. As our event sponsor, you may add your branding to this location as well with swag, signage, and a table to help us welcome attendees to Richmond.

Think of yourselves as our welcoming committee! With 2 events, each "adventure" will be more intimate, and we welcome our Welcome Social sponsor at both!
